Official Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Progressive Thirst for Adventure Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older, have an internet connection at the time of entry, and are visiting parks and/or campgrounds during the Sweepstakes Period (“Entrant”). Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Sponsor, Progressive Casualty Insurance Company, 300 North Commons Blvd. Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143 (“Sponsor”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, retailers, sales representatives, dealers, distributors, licensees and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of this Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”), and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same households of each (whether related or not) are not eligible. Void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on August 1, 2025 and ends the earlier of 11:59 p.m. EDT on October 15, 2025, or when all Entry Packets are redeemed. ("Sweepstakes Period"). At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, the Grand Prize will be selected at random.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A total of 500,000 Progressive Thirst for Adventure electrolyte drink mix packets, each with a unique Sweepstakes entry code (“Entry Packets”), will be distributed at no charge in participating campgrounds. For a full list of participating campgrounds, see www.thirstforadventure.org. (“Participating Campgrounds”).

Limit one entry per eligible park visitor. During the Sweepstakes Period, while supplies last, scan the contest QR code on the Entry Packet or visit www.thirstforadventure.org (the “Entry Site”), and enter the code on your Entry Packet and requested contact information to see if you have won an instant prize (“Instant Prize”). In the event you are an instant winner, you'll be asked to complete a declaration of eligibility, and liability/publicity release to receive your prize. All instant winners will also be automatically entered to win the Grand Prize.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

There will be a total of Two Hundred (200) Instant Prize winners and one (1) Grand Prize winner in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize winner will be selected via random drawing on or about November 1, 2025 from among all eligible entries received in the Sweepstakes. All winner(s) will be selected through an automated system managed by Administrator. You will be advised immediately if you've won an Instant Prize. For the Grand Prize, the potential winner will be contacted via his/her email or cell phone number provided during the registration process.

Once you have completed the required forms and provided any necessary information to obtain your prize, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the Entrant ("Selected Entrant"). Prizes will be mailed to your US address via USPS. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Sweepstakes rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries (or there may be a "second chance" drawing, which will be announced on the site after the close of the Sweepstakes Period). Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Limit one prize per person. You must enter your code into the Entry Site no later than 14 days after the Sweepstakes Period. After that time, instant win prizes will not be awarded, regardless of distribution of Entry Packets.

Sponsor's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winner(s) are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

6. PRIZES

Assuming all 500,000 Entry Packets are distributed, the prizes available and approximate odds of winning are as follows:

INSTANT WIN PRIZES

• $75 stipend to cover the average cost of one night of Camping at any Participating Campground - 100 prizes - Odds: 1:5,000
• Progressive Nalgene Bottle ($16 value) - 100 prizes - Odds: 1:5,000

GRAND PRIZE

• A $3,600 stipend to cover the average cost of one weekend of camping per month for 12 consecutive months at any Participating Campground
• One Igloo Trailmate® Journey 70 Qt Cooler ($260 value)

* Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery. Camping Prizes will be delivered in the form of a check paid to Selected Entrant. Reservations at Participating Campgrounds are subject to availability.

Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of All Prizes combined: $12,700. Odds of winning the Grand Prize are dependent on total number of entries redeemed. If all Entry Packets are distributed and entry codes used, the odds of winning a prize are approximately 1 in 2,500.

The Grand Prize will be processed within 6 to 8 weeks. The Grand Prize check is only valid for one (1) year from delivery date. If the check expires, no replacement check will be issued. Please note that Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or unused prizes and will not resend prize notification or certificates. Gear Prizes will be shipped directly to winner at the address provided in the form. Prizes that are eligible for mailing will only be sent to US addresses eligible to enter Sweepstakes; please allow six to eight weeks for fulfillment.

No cash equivalent, transfer, reimbursements or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize in whole or in part with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on their respective prize, and a winner of any prize valued at $600 or more will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reporting the value of their prize. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically provided for herein are the responsibility of the winner. ARVs are as of the date these Official Rules were finalized and may fluctuate. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value at the time the prize is awarded will not be awarded. Prizes may not be used for previously purchased products or experiences; therefore, winners will not be eligible for refunds on purchases of products or experiences made prior to winning the same product or experience as a prize.

7. DECLARATION OF ELIGIBILITY/RELEASE

By entering, participants declare their Eligibility, and confirm a Liability Release and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 10 days of prize notification. All taxes and unspecified expenses are solely the responsibility of the winner(s). If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Sweepstakes rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. In some cases, Selected Entrants may be required to sign an Inherent Dangers waiver both prior to receiving the prize and in order to redeem the prize.

8. CONDITIONS

Where lawful, Sponsor will have the right to photograph the Selected Entrant. Entry constitutes permission to use the winner's name, picture, likeness and city and state of residence for purposes of trade, publicity or promotion for no additional compensation except where prohibited by law. By participating, Selected Entrants, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, administrators, and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotions agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, prize providers, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, including death, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of G-d, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor will select the winner(s) from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Each Sweepstake Entrant hereby irrevocably waives the right to assert as a cost of receiving any prize any and all costs of verification and redemption to redeem such prize, if any, and any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem such prize. Prizes will only be delivered to United States addresses. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify these Rules as necessary for any reason or as required by applicable law. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that they are the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to a printing error on the Entry Packets, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Sponsor representatives.

Caution: any attempt by an Entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. DISPUTES

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OHIO, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN CLEVELAND, OHIO.

11. PRIVACY

All personal information collected by Sponsor will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes. In addition, Entrants may receive email correspondence from, or on behalf of Sponsor subject to Sponsor's privacy policy. Sponsor uses reasonable commercial efforts to comply with Federal CAN-SPAM guidelines, and Entrants may subsequently opt-out of receiving further emails by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Any questions regarding privacy matters should be directed to the address set out below. Please refer to Sponsor's privacy policy located at www.progressive.com/privacy/ for important information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Sponsor.

To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (WA, VT residents need not affix postage) by October 15, 2025 to: Progressive Thirst for Adventure Sweepstakes, c/o APN, PO Box 519, New York, NY 10003.
